Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Ardene purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of the shipping date for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Ardene account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all price tags are attached, and include a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or Canada Post outlet.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
